Digital Marketing Manager

Automatic Trap is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Ontario, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creative development and execution of all social media programming for ATC.
  • Manage media, production activity and moderation process for all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Instagram).
  • Accountable for developing social strategy and content calendars as well as write content and conduct basic photo editing and design.
  • Develop ATCs social media following (organically and paid) and creating the roadmap for ongoing innovation.
  • Supervises social media analytics, reviewing industry trends and campaigns and develops recommendations to inform program development and business planning initiatives.
  • Produce subcontractors ( creative, copywriters, graphic designers, and video producers) with direction and guidance on content creation needs.
  • Build and evangelize a website strategy for automatictrap.com ensuring consistent progress toward strategic conversion and SEO goals to drive business results.
  • Cooperate with the web development team providing a clear internal brief for team and external agency implementation and ensure web projects are completed and delivered on time.
  • Create a loyalty and referral program on the online store (Shopify).
  • Lead SEO and pay per click efforts to ensure the website and web projects are optimized for organic search, including on-page optimization, site architecture, mobile, landing pages, and tools.
  • Maintain the quality, effectiveness, productivity, and output of website optimization efforts that drive business results.
  • Plan and implement a customer lifecycle communication plan.
  • Perform and manage ATC’s email marketing strategy.
  • Direct the trigger email campaigns (MailChimp) throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Effective working experience in using (Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Shopify).
  • Deep knowledge of photo editing.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Hold both a strategic mindset and proven execution abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully.
