Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and evolve creative, strategic, brand-building marketing campaigns using digital and social media channels.
• Manage and execute the content strategy to drive awareness and engagement across digital and social channels.
• Plan, create and collaborate on content (blogs, videos, podcasts, social posts, emails, etc.).
• Create and implement marketing emails and manage their distribution.
• Design and manage PPC, social media campaigns, including content creation, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Determine, measure, analyze, optimize and report efforts (e.g., budget, goals, KPIs, and ROI metrics) to understand channel health and impact on business.
• Promote, manage and execute retargeting marketing activities using Google, Facebook and other platforms.
• Run the continued innovation and best practice implementation, stay current with evolving marketing trends, and regularly share knowledge with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years B2C digital marketing experience including solid experience in social media and digital advertising.
• Effective experience in leading successful digital and social media marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Proficient experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Google Adwords (search, display, and video), paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram), retargeting platforms or networks.
• Deep working knowledge with email marketing platforms.
• Expert critical thinking skills and capable of solving complex problems in ways that challenge the status quo.
• Association builder who feels comfortable engaging with clients and other industry leaders.
• Solid project management skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• High ability to plan ahead, track progress and identify roadblocks in order to meet deadlines and goals.
• Great ability to Use both data and intuition to make decisions.
