- Execute and optimize audience segments to meet the digital campaign performance expectation.
- Aid with projects e.g. management platform (DMP) and marketing tools (eDM & SMS).
- Lead the Cross-sell and Upsell recommendation engine with the enforcement of proper business rules powered by DMP (Data Management Platform).
- Understood internal customer segmentation to find a meaningful equivalent in the digital advertising space.
- Map the campaign attribution from online media to offline sales touchpoints.
- Run digital campaign(s) efficiency with reduced overlapping and exclusion of audience segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management and Business IT.
- At least 3 years experience in the field of Data mining and analysis with Marketing campaigns execution hands-on.
- Proficient Telecom and Infocomm industry experiences.
- Effective experience in PMP and Google Analytics.
- Proven track record in a Data Management Platform (DMP) (Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Audience Manager, Lotame etc).
- Expert knowledge in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Solid analytical skills.
- A team player with strong project management skill with attention to details.
- Problem-solver, result-driven and highly motivated individual with positive disposition and energy, resilience in the face of negative sentiment.
- Outstanding communication and people engagement skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
