Job Responsibilities:

• Control IH Cairo’s websites and analyze traffic flow.
• Associate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels.
• Promote the brand in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as the tone of voice content.
• Supervise the activation of social media and online marketing strategies.
• Enhance the tools and tactics through daily communication with related agencies.
• Direct return on investment for all online initiatives and campaigns.
• Improve, measure the entire online content based on analytics.
• Recognize new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
• Maintain the daily content calendar for all social media platforms.
• Direct the email marketing (EDMs) including (developing agency briefs, collaborating with the agency on creative, building and sending emails, listing segmentation, testing and reporting on results).
• Maintain strong online intelligence in marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Effective experience in (CRM systems, EDMs, Microsoft platforms, HTML coding, Google Analytics, CMS, and database drove websites).
• Proficient knowledge of the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of creativity, content development, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to working autonomously to a high level of accuracy and speed.
