Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for the UK business website including blog production and any associated outreach campaigns or websites.
• Content production and maintenance for various stakeholders, including videos, imagery and other assets where required.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, propositions, external agencies, customer experience and development teams to drive successful execution of the digital element of campaigns.
• Cooperate with UX to ensure site design consistency and appropriate IA.
• Create strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to maintain content meeting customer needs, stakeholder needs and business priorities.
• Stay up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites.
• Use data and insight to drive content decisions across the website.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a digital content role.
• Extensive experience in creating and developing a wide range of digital content including (videos, imagery and info-graphics).
• Proficient understanding of dealing with various content management systems including (Adobe experience manager and WordPress).
• Deep knowledge of using reporting and analytics tools such as (Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics).
• Effective understanding of analytical tools to assess content performance.
• Advanced working skills in using (MS Office and Google Docs).
• Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret a user’s needs, requirements and provide digital consultancy as required.
