Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a content strategy that drives company goals.
• Accountable for all marketing and educational content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency.
• Gather, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
• Keep updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
• Supervise the distribution of content across all channels.
• Draft unique content for blogs, web pages, press releases and social media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/Reddit/Slack/Instagram/WeChat/WhatsApp group/tech-in-Asia).
• Promote and execute regular newsletters, aggregate content generated over the course of the month.
• Produce daily industry updates to all of the Organization’s digital platforms.
• Improve and execute processes for adding content to all social media platforms regularly.
• Plan compelling content that drives enhanced search engine rankings.
• Able to demonstrate the company’s values.
• Audit industry events to promote the company’s brand and services.
• Lead global writers program.
• Produce EDMs.
• Conduct any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• At least 4 years experience in financial industry etc (Finance Regulations, Banking, Hedge Fund).
• Effective writing experience for various media channels.
• Proficient experience in social media from both a user and content creator perspective.
• Familiarity with the mechanics of adding content to social media platforms.
• Expert knowledge of website analytics, search engine optimization, content platforms.
• Solid  written and communication skills in English and Mandarin (to translate mandarin content and liaise with Chinese associates
• Strong skills with a proven track record of working on a deadline.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
