Job Responsibilities:

• Head the creation of innovative social-first content from ideation to final asset delivery.
• Cooperate with a strategist to develop a creative direction for monthly client content requests.
• Manage location and tech-scouts for all shoots.
• Collaborate with the producer to ensure all locations, models, props and equipment are arranged.
• Direct the storytelling vision and content capture for all shoots.
• Recognize and innovate best practices across still and motion content capture.
• Design, backup and archive all content while following brand naming conventions.
• Perform all editing, color and retouching needs across deliverables.
• Maintain quality control and video edit cut-down process with production director and associate video editor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of commercial still and motion content creation experience.
• Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, etc), Keynote, Google Drive and Dropbox.
• Proficient experience setting up the studio and on location shoots.
• Familiarity with using drones, steady cams, audio and lighting equipment.
• Deep knowledge of how brands engage in today’s social universe.
• Proven track record in social and digital brand and influencer campaigns.
• Excitement for social media and a deep and thorough understanding and expertise on Instagram and Snapchat.
• Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Sound desire producing and directing social content, shorts and commercials.
• Great communicator and receptive to feedback and direction.
• Interested in the pop culture (music, movies, tv).
• An appetite for working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic Teammates.
• Excited and versatile team player with interpersonal skills.
