Digital Marketing Manager

Lock Search Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Ontario, Canada. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce leadership for the marketing team, creating a cohesive approach to the digital marketing strategies and goals.
  • Design and roll out a strategic digital marketing plan to grow the company’s brands.
  • Cooperate with the communications team on the national marketing plan, including ads, trade promotions, and content.
  • Improve and launch a re-branded website, using tactics to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Assure a customer-centric and functional website experience.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, Automation tools, and online campaigns to drive results, targeting Retail, Builder, Contractors, Architects, Distributors, etc.
  • Lead 3rd party agencies and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product management teams on new product launches, tools, and training.
  • Plan national marketing campaigns, executions, and collaterals.
  • Follow, analyze, and leverage marketing data and analytics to address gaps and target areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with internal teams to develop cross-functional strategies to hit business goals, and to ensure alignment.
  • Head OMNI channel requirements for retail clients.
  • Support a strong knowledge of market and industry trends to stay relevant and effective, including knowledge of market position, customer buying habits, marketing technologies, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in marketing, business, or related.
  • MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the building material’s space.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience managing a team.
  • Expert knowledge of web content management systems (Drupal is an asset), and analytics programs (Google, Adobe, Webtrends).
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, display media, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and SAP.
  • A sound sense of business acumen, with a strategic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong budgeting and financial skills.
  • Solid social media and content creation and execution skills.
  • Ability to create effective digital engagement strategies.
