Organizations in the Asia Pacific are much more focussed on social media engagement as their first priority with a rate of 36%, compared to North America and Europe organizations which reported that targeting and personalization is their top priority with a rate of 34%.
On another side, Asia Pacific organizations mentioned that brand building/viral marketing is their second priority with a rate of 31%, while North America organizations reported that customer journey management is ranked as their second priority with a rate of 24%.
