Job Responsibilities:
- Manage content creation, social media strategies, client communication and daily messaging for 5-8 social media focused accounts.
- Create a social media/content schedule and communications plan for each client or content project.
- Manage guidelines for style, voice and tone of all content per account and client requirements.
- Collect data from multiple sources, analyze it and share it with others.
- Create and update content and recommend strategies to make content more effective.
- Identify editorial issues with partners’ existing content and suggest specific ways to improve it.
- Measure content effectiveness with our partners’ KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with partner, campaign and SEO/SEM objectives.
- Collaborate with our design team to create brand and client content across a variety of social channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with UX, design, development, social and engineering teams.
- Communicate project status regularly to senior management and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or communications.
- At least 1 year of working experience in social media marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram).
- Proficient experience with (HootSuite, Tweet Deck, Sprout Social and Raven-tools) or other social management and analytic tools.
- Basic understanding of the digital marketing space (web, social, SEO and analytics).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative problem solving and analytic skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
