Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for growing social audiences, driving engagement and ultimately building awareness and market share.
- Develop and maintain the master editorial content calendar for all social channels.
- Manage social integration with cross-channel campaigns, contests and promotions in addition to overseeing community management and moderation.
- Perform analytics and reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media for national brands in an e-commerce or social agency setting.
- Extensive experience in 3rd party social media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Expert knowledge of content strategy and long-form copywriting in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong analytical and investigative approach to problem-solving.
- Solid working skills of using MS Excel.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into smart social media tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
