Social Media Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for growing social audiences, driving engagement and ultimately building awareness and market share.
  • Develop and maintain the master editorial content calendar for all social channels.
  • Manage social integration with cross-channel campaigns, contests and promotions in addition to overseeing community management and moderation.
  • Perform analytics and reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media for national brands in an e-commerce or social agency setting.
  • Extensive experience in 3rd party social media monitoring and analytics tools.
  • Expert knowledge of content strategy and long-form copywriting in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong analytical and investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid working skills of using MS Excel.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into smart social media tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
