Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a digital marketing strategy, which will include a social media strategy that generates leads and traffic.
- Monitor all analytics and use every available advertising platform such as (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) to develop the branding and marketing for the USIT portfolio.
- Manage the flow of relevant and engaging content for distribution through various social channels setting USIT as the leader in the travel space for Ireland.
- Create and manage advertising copy on Google and social media platforms keeping to daily and monthly budgets set out.
- Support the marketing team and promote the latest in all programmes, products and getting customers enthused on social channels for USIT.
- Gathering insight into customer behavior and feeding back to help develop more targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Analysis of all advertising & effectiveness of campaigns on a weekly basis and reports with recommendations to the wider team.
- Produce a monthly overall summary report showing key trends.
- Deliver fresh and new content for programmes including video and written content.
- Source and edit new content from past participants for advertising across all social media channels.
- Manage and create different competition mechanics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Effective understanding of (Google Analytics and other analytical) tools.
- Deep knowledge of using (Facebook, Instagram or any ad platforms).
- Expert experience of photo and video editing tools.
- Efficient understanding of SEO and social media tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English language written and spoken.
