Job Responsibilities:
- Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage and take control of campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Analyze competitor advertising links.
- Develop and implement link building strategy.
- Cooperate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on a newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
- Proven SEO and SEM experience in managing PPC campaigns across (Google, Yahoo and Bing).
- Advanced experience with website analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends).
- Deep knowledge of bid management tools such as (Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo and Search Ignite).
- Extensive understanding of A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Adequate working experience of (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) development and constraints.
- Expert knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
