Job Responsibilities:
- Improve, plan, execute and optimize (through AB testing) CRM campaigns using email and in-product notifications to meet business goals.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- Strategy and execution of the company’s transactional, marketing, and retention email campaigns.
- Perform competitor and market analysis to learn from industry best practices and apply to OYO campaigns.
- Estimate, evaluate, and troubleshoot CRM/marketing data, tools, and processes to support the development of scalable marketing automation programs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing email programs for a large brand (preferably in hospitality or large consumer brand).
- Effective experience with email automation and personalization platforms.
- Proficient experience with text marketing and push notifications; strong SQL experience preferred.
- Strong HTML & CSS experience required.
- Be capable of running a/b tests on e-mails.
- Analytical approach to email success; works with data to test and prove hypotheses.
- Solid design skills (photoshop & others).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
