Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the online product catalog including setting up new products and promotional items and maintaining product and category pages in addition to other content areas of the site.
• Update and maintain site messaging, content and branding in conjunction with marketing.
• Own the day-to-day implementation needed to improve on-site search results to increase conversion rate and product merchandising throughout the site.
• Improving our current product and merchandising strategy which could include reviewing the order in which products appear as well as which products are cross-sold on each product page.
• Assist marketing and merchandising as needed to proactively identify product, service and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly.
• Provide recommendations and take action as needed to increase reviews and performance.
• Ensure best practices throughout all aspects of the website and e-commerce program.
• Present ideas and information to a wide range of audiences in written and verbal formats and to influence and advance decisions and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital commerce, marketing or merchandising.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital commerce.
• Extensive experience with enterprise web (CMS) systems is strongly preferred.
• Effective understanding of using (SalesForce commerce cloud and Demandware).
• Basic knowledge of (HTML and XML) is preferred but not required.
• Proficient working skills of using (MS Excel).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines successfully.
