Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer loyalty programs to grow sale revenues.
- Analyze data and marketing e-commerce campaigns.
- Review program performance and recommend new strategies and marketing programs.
- Review reporting on metrics and patterns to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments as provided by service provider.
- Plan and create website content to ensure the consistency of best in class online merchandising.
- Coordinate the product photography with external suppliers and creation of EDM to dusk’s database.
- Manage the content development, eCRM mobile, online advertising, online customer acquisition and user experience.
- Manage the dusk website and all associated metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CMS, CRM and customer loyalty in Australian retail.
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing and use of marketing platforms.
- Proficient experience with (Magento, CRM Platforms, MailChimp and complex CRP systems).
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest).
- Advanced understanding of using reporting platforms such as (Sprout Social, Iconosquare and Co-Schedule).
- Strong working skills of using (MS Office and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
