Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the website to launch new products and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the online catalog.
- Creating and updating product and category records with a variety of assets.
- Involvement in website testing and bug reporting.
- Execution of on-site product and category merchandising.
- Create and merchandising new categories and edits to support the trading plan.
- Use analytics and performance information to report on e-commerce/website performance (sales, costs, product performance, customer behavior and site metrics).
- Identify and implement opportunities for organic growth.
- Contribute to the development of the customer journey, website usability and overall customer experience online.
- Update and maintain search terms to ensure the customer is always receiving the best results.
- Create and merchandise new categories and edits to support the trading plan.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering end to end user experience in a digital context.
- Effective working knowledge of (Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel).
- Deep e-commerce background, as well as good knowledge of digital marketing channels, including (affiliates, display PPC and SEO).
- Basic technical understanding of (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
