Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead third-party partners on planning and execution of paid search campaigns and product feeds, ensuring programs are optimized, ROAS, ROI, and new to file targets are met.
  • Give input to and execute the global strategic roadmap to drive online traffic including both new and existing customers through Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, Dynamic Search Ads and other digital marketing programs.
  • Ensure a test and learn approach, analyze program success and optimize performance to secure maximized sales & ROI.
  • Create and expand paid search campaigns, ad groups and campaigns with new keywords and creatives.
  • Improve, optimize, and maintain paid search campaigns for the H&M group in the Americas.
  • Cooperate with the local and central Digital Marketing teams to create reporting for SEM/SEO programs and beyond.
  • Accountable for weekly, monthly, seasonal, and quarterly reporting.
  • Integrate information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to lead.
  • Operate cross-functionally with internal teams to manage the North America SEM accounts and end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met.
  • Perform planning and analysis of performance-based marketing strategies to drive the business.
  • Work as a liaison with external vendors and agencies for SEM/SEO to proactively keep ahead of timelines, deliverables, and communications.
  • Assure inbound organic search traffic, search engine visibility, and SERP improvements.
  • Aid in developing content strategy according to search opportunity, keyword analysis, content offering, and audience intent as well as site evaluations, content auditing and gap analysis.
  • Support advise E-Commerce Visual Merchandising team in strategically optimizing on-site information through recommended back-link building, meta-tags, h-tags and alt-tags.
  • Help in link-building efforts through mention monitoring, outreach, and provide quality content to potential leads.
  • Recognize opportunities and analyze key performance indicators in the marketplace to optimize content campaigns, improve search visibility, and consistently improve engagement (lead generation and sales revenue).
  • Examine, strategize, implement, monitor, and report ongoing SEO efforts ensuring that traffic and ROI goals are met or exceeded.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years experience of SEM/PPC experience, including experience in web analytics and SEO.
  • Strong background in a digital online marketing role with hands-on focused paid search experience.
  • Demonstarted understanding and experience of digital marketing across the various marketing channels.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, etc.).
  • Effective experience working on enterprise level PPC accounts with large budgets.
  • Sound working understanding of the SEM industry, including major players and supporting technology (bid management tools (DoubleClick/Adobe/Marin/Kenshoo), AdWords, Bing Ads, and Gemini.).
  • Deep knowledge of search marketing and industry trends.
  • Passion for driving sales, proven ability to achieve strong results working strategically and operationally with strong teamwork.
  • Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills, must be oriented toward problem resolution and improvements.
  • Self-paced with prioritization, organization and time management competencies.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytics capability with an aptitude for quantitative analysis.
  • Creative thinker who is also highly organized with excellent project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great ability in keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid management.
  • Ability to coach and train all levels of employees on subject expert knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, internal data to make actionable decisions and recommendations.
