Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain wbstudiotour.co.uk, regularly updating content through the content management system.
- Produce technical support for wbstudiotour.co.uk and escalate issues or requirements where necessary.
- Run and maximize revenue, volume targets and ticket conversion.
- Regularly analyze performance and continuously identify and implement digital revenue opportunities across all platforms.
- Deliver volume targets by devising and implementing online customer acquisition plans to drive traffic to the site.
- Raise conversion rates for the wbstudiotour.co.uk working across multiple marketing channels.
- Head multiple consumer and trade email campaigns through an email platform, including campaign newsletters, pre- and post- emails, bespoke trade and event emails.
- Engage with new and existing audiences identified through database segmentation to create personalized and dynamic email communications.
- Exceed email database growth targets guaranteeing GDPR compliant quality data.
- Assure all communications are on brand across website and email channels.
- Proactively report performance and monitor visits and conversion against admissions and revenue targets.
- Secure weekly, monthly and quarterly website and email performance reports are accurate and achieving maximum impact against KPI targets as agreed with the marketing manager.
- Accountable and effective use of financial resource ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
- Improve editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
- Proactive source and manage digital partners for content, competitions and offers.
- Review new and existing opportunities for sourcing incremental business in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Communicate with the marketing manager to ensure that communication is cohesive and in line with the overall strategic plan.
- Ensure coordination with other Warner Bros. operations and marketing initiatives for Harry Potter.
- Liaise with the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood online team to gain best practice and shared learnings.
- Recognize and report future trends and opportunities.
- Direct ad hoc project work as dictated by business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Effective proven commercial online marketing experience, preferably within an attraction/leisure environment.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Proficient experience managing and creating content for a website using content management systems (WordPress, Drupal etc).
- Strong editing and writing skills to devised and edit content for website and email content.
- Expert knowledge of producing email campaigns and a good understanding of email marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, Dotmailer, MailChimp etc.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of HTML and Photoshop an advantage.
- Sound experience in delivering successful paid search and SEO programmes.
- Agency management, experience working with web developers, designers and other digital professionals in content delivery.
- Outstanding project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on delivery of results in the form of engagement, lead and sales.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Proven online marketing experience.
- Good all-around MS Office software skills.
- Ability to liaise with technical support to resolve issues and proactively implement technical enhancements.
- Ability to track campaign performance to measure success and ROI.
