Business Development Coordinator/Specialist

Description:

Business development coordinator is the first level to be a part of the business development team, and rapidly upgrading for the professionals employees to the following levels, Business development team tasked to grow the business via developing the marketing position and opening new markets, in additional to develop the current products and create new ones, therefore, Business development team is high-level sales professionals.

Business Development Team Responsibilities:

Their priorities are acquiring of expanding and diversify B2B client’s base. They are achieving that by 3 primary responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new sales leads.
  2. Creating new B2B deals.
  3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying new sales leads:
    • Contact with the new leads which received by a several channels, in additional to create new ones from a different planned resources.
    • Researching for the needs of clients who have the decisions and the ability of purchasing.
    • Contacting potential clients (Global & Egyptians companies) via email or phone to establish opportunities and set up meetings.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Creating new B2B deals:
    • To get a professional selling process, will have typical duties include:
    • Preparing the marketing and sales materials.
    • Contacting with the clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
    • Developing quotes and proposals.
    • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, Skype and physical meetings until signing the sales contract.
    • Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers:
    • Keep healthy relationships with clients, by socialization.
    • Always communicate with the existing clients and get their feedback on the services.
    • Carefully listening to the clients’ inquiries and concerns of their projects, then rapidly solve it to gain the best results for their business.
    • Follow up with the existing clients for renewal the contracts.

Job Requirements:

  • From 1 till 3 years experiences (Preferred in a relevant position or field).
  • Socially adept.
  • Excellent English skills (Ability to communicate with foreign clients).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good marketing knowledge.
  • Digital marketing knowledge is preferred.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • The ability to handle the pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to the details.
  • Good user for Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & preferred Excel).
