41% of UK employees surveyed indicated that their organization’s primary goal for 2017 is to increase engagement with their content, programs and services.
This goal is followed by the need to increase customer satisfaction with a rate of 23%. Increasing web traffic and improving customer insights lagged behind with rates 9% and 7% respectively.
