44% of Gen Z smartphone users in the US indicated that discount offers remain the top reason to enhance the in-store shopping experience, while about 36% would like to use their smartphones in stores to get information about loyalty programs.
Only 27% would like to see retailers use the smartphone to display inventory count for all products.
